Director of Advancement, Enrollment and Marketing
Year round position.
Up to 25-32 hours / week.
Health benefits.
Bachelor’s degree in business and/or marking preferred or at minimum, experience in admissions, marketing, advancement, or development.
Familiarity with Catholic or independent school environments strongly preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and represent the school with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Experience with digital communications, social media management, and marketing platforms.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and database management systems.
Job description includes, but not limited to:
Lead the strategic efforts to recruit, enroll, and retain students while strengthening the visibility and long-term sustainability of Holy Trinity Catholic School.
Primary ambassador for the school, building relationships with prospective families, alumni, parish members, and community partners.
Oversee admissions, marketing and communications, and advancement initiatives including fundraising, alumni engagement, and donor relations.

Kindergarten Readiness Teacher
Applicant must be DCYF qualified, or able to meet qualifications.
CPR and First Aid Certified, or be certified by the first day of school.
Experience with or a strong commitment to Catholic education.
Able to demonstrate proficiency in lesson planning, classroom management, and instructional best practices.
Childcare experience is necessary.
Teacher qualifications preferred.
